My day started out so great: I went to the temple and got to be a proxy for a guy named "Harry Marker" who was born in Somerset county, Pennsylvania and on (wait for it...wait for it...) December 21, 1888!! If you know the significance of that day, you are my friend. Yes, he was born exactly a century before I was born! How cool is that! It's really cool. That's a blessing of going to the temple. Also, I got to see a friend who was in my freshman ward, and she is a missionary who is going to New York North mission Spanish speaking. It was really awesome to see her and talk to her for a very brief moment.
Another cool thing that happened is that I was looking for a parking spot on campus but of course, it is pretty difficult to find one. After driving around for few minutes, I just had a small and brief prayer to God that I would find a spot and no kidding! Just a few seconds after that I saw a parking spot and even after driving around to get to the parking lot, it was still empty! I even saw a minivan waiting for someone to leave! What a blessing!
Then I had an interview for an internship for next semester. It went really well and the lady who interviewed me told me that she would love it if I worked there but also wanted me to be trained soon. Now it is a great opportunity for me to start an internship and I know I would love it. I mean, this lady wants me! So here's that "great question" I was talking about. Should I take it?
Pros:
It looks good on my resume
It will be a good experience
I can get a letter of recommendation later
I will be actually helping people
I will find out how much I would like working with families
Cons:
Work hours are pretty crazy
I have to drive to American Fork once a week
It might be too much for me since I will be working and be in a research team
I really need to get good grades next semester
I can apply again next summer, still get in and not worry about everything above

I am usually more prone to take an opportunity like this without thinking too much about it, but this time, I am thinking a lot more than I usually do. I am really going to pray and ponder about it for next day or two, and talk to some people about it.
