Last night, I was reading the Book of Mormon before I went to bed. I was tired but I really felt like I needed to read few verses. The verse that stuck out to me was 2 Nephi 2:27:
"...all things are given them which are expedient unto man."I don't know why but that just stuck with me for a while. I started to think about what that meant to me. The Lord has given me everything that I need to accomplish any goals that I have and also the goal of becoming perfect. I don't need to worry or doubt that I won't be able to accomplish these goals because He has provided all the means already.
As I was reading this blog, I was so touched by the words of the author and I wanted to share something that she shared:
"So hold on thy way,
For I shall be with thee.
And mine angels shall encircle thee.
Doubt not what thou knowest."
I especially love the part where it says, "Doubt not what thou knowest" because sometimes I get a confirmation about something but I start to doubt because nothing goes as you hope or you feel like nothing is happening toward the confirmation that you have received. I shouldn't doubt or be afraid of what I know to be true. I should always rely on the Lord and trust Him that everything will work out according to His plan.
