I love every opportunity I get to serve others. Last week, I was just at the right place at the right time to help one of my friends. She just needed a ride to a store and she's been calling everyone to see if anyone could take her (she didn't call me though). I just decided that I was going to go over to her apartment to hang out and as soon as she opened the door, she freaked me out with really desperate cry of "Kyoo, what are you doing right now?" I had to move away from the door because I didn't know what she would have done to me. Anyways, I was able to give her a ride. I don't think I was inspired or anything but I am glad I was able to help her out.For an assignment in my New Testament class, I have to pray for opportunities to serve others for two weeks. I think it's a really awesome assignment since I don't really pray for that. Also, it will help me really listen to the Spirit and recognize simple promptings.
I love that I am considered worthy to help others.
