Yesterday, I was able to talk to one of my former bishops, Bishop C. I told him what was going on in my life and he gave me an advice. I felt prompted to listen carefully to what he was going to say. I didn't realize then that the advice will help me spiritually. I listened to that advice and pondered on it few hours after. I realized the truthfulness of the advice and applied it into my life.
What I want to talk about is how we receive advice from leaders of the Church all the time. All of them are inspired of God, but sometimes we feel like some do not apply to us so we do not heed them. However, if we write them down for what they are, they will be of great worth to us later on in life.
After the experience I had which led me to apply Bishop C.'s advice, I decided that I need to talk to my current bishop for advice also. He has a stewardship over me and I know he can receive inspirations that can help me.

"Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end."That is exactly what they do: they invite us. I am so grateful for wonderful examples of leaders in my life. They always inspire me to be a better person and help me get closer to my Father in Heaven and my Savior.
